Escape to Brighton
We started of the month with a great acoustic set at Camden Crawl. After we came off stage, we ran off to go and watch Odd Future play on the Red Bull Stage, and I have to say, my mind was completely blown away.. What a phenomenal front man and group! Mitch and Sam went AWOL and apparently ended up "hanging out with some models".. so all in all, a great day. We've got Great Escape coming up this weekend in Brighton, and we're really psyched for it! To hear our next release on 31st May go here- http://beta.projectrodney.com/redtrack
Knock Out!
We've been back in the studio recording some tracks for the next record. I'm really pleased with how it's sounding, very different from the past songs. It was a quiet one for shows this month. We did play a very interesting one at The Troxy in London for a private boxing match. We were put on a stage about 30 ft in the air and played whilst white-collar business tried to knock each other's lights out.. Definitely one of the strangest ones yet.. We're back on the road next month. I especially can't wait to play The Great Escape festival on May 13th in Brighton. Although I've heard tickets for Sufjan Stevens have sold out.. Maybe we'll bump into him in The Lanes?!
